1. Private group bus charter
For charters paid online (the "Pay online now" option), the refund schedule is:
- 7 or more days before departure — full refund.
- 3 to 6 days before departure — 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before departure — no refund. The bus and driver are reserved for your group by this point.
2. Solo and Mix bus tours
For per-seat bookings on solo and mix tours:
- 5 or more days before departure — full refund.
- Less than 5 days before departure — no refund.
3. If a tour does not reach its minimum
Solo and Mix tours run only if a minimum number of seats are booked. If a departure does not reach its minimum, we will cancel that departure and tell you by email at least 3 days in advance.
When this happens you get a full refund — or you can move to another date or another tour at no extra cost. Group bus charters are never affected by this; a charter is your own bus and always runs.
4. Cancellations for weather or safety
If the operator decides the trip cannot run safely (severe weather, road closure, safety alert), the trip is cancelled and you get a full refund or a free reschedule to another date.
5. Changes to your booking
You can change the date, the destination or the group size by contacting us through Find Booking or Help. The new price will be sent before any charge or refund.
6. How to cancel
Open Find Booking, enter your booking reference (TU-...) and email, and choose Cancel booking. We will confirm the cancellation and the refund amount by email.
7. How long refunds take
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal or the card you used through PayPal). After we approve the refund, it usually appears in your account within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Quote requests (TU-RQ-...)
A quote request is not yet a paid booking — nothing has been charged. You can cancel a quote request at any time before approval; just reply to the request email or contact us through Help.
